Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake

There are a few things that confuse the hell out of a non-English speaker. I was in second grade when we arrived, knew a few basic words, but could not, for the life of me, understand 1. Phil Collins’s song Sussudio (it’s not a real word), 2. why Americans called them French braids when we called them American, and 3. Coffee Cake. I wouldn’t touch it and could not understand why kids would beg for cake that had coffee in it. Until I had one.

Meet the classic, super-moist and altogether non-caffeinated coffee that’ll pair well with a cup of brew. C’est trop bon!
