You need a Saturday project that’ll make you smile throughout the week? We’re going to learn how to make chewy bagels with a lovely, crisp outside in just under two hours (and give you pointers for longer-fermented bagels for even better results).
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
