Come and learn the secrets of perfect dumplings with Chef May Hennemann. Chef May will teach you how to steam, fry and fill a wide array of her favorite dumplings from her wide background and travels.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
