You ready to master these little delicate meringues? We’re here for you! This most popular class of the decade will have you whipping, folding and piping like a pro. This class covers the French meringue method and includes a sinful ganache for sandwiching perfect little macarons at the end of class.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
