Want to learn the secrets to effortless, pie-tin-less and super-flaky pies? We’ve got you all covered (with butter). Join us for two hours of making a simple pie dough for a lovely seasonal fruit galette and learn how to make perfect hand pies with your favorite jam.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
