EGG YOLK RAVIOLI –
SAUSAGE AND BROCCOLI RABE.
Mangia! Spend two hours learning how to mix, knead, roll out and cut handmade pastas and pair them with seasonal sauces. We’ll show you how to do it all by hand or with your choice of hand cranked or KitchenAid attachments.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
