We were going to name this class “Cake in time for dinner” but since we feel strongly that cake should be enjoyed at any time of day, we landed on this one. These cakes don’t require long cooling times or fussy toppings- they’re rich enough to stand on their own with a quick glaze or fresh fruit.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
