SUMMER PIES (online class)

ALL-BUTTER FLAKY PIE CRUST –
BLUEBERRY PIE FILLING.
Let’s get the pie rolling! We’re going to make a full, delicious double-crust blueberry pie together, starting with an all-butter, super-flaky pie crust. Join us for three hours of flaking butter, learning to do lattice work and baking a pie to a crisp and golden color.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
