Sharpen your knife skills with us as you perfect your dicing, slicing and mincing techniques. Our chefs will virtually hold your hand while you create a meal from all the various cuts. You will learn the difference between honing and sharpening and how to select, hold and care for your knife.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
