CHICKEN THIGHS WITH SOY-GINGER MARINADE –
CHICKEN SCALLOPINI WITH CAPER-LEMON PAN SAUCE –
ROASTED SWEET POTATOES WITH CHIMICHURRI SAUCE –
ROUX AND BECHAMEL FOR HOMEMADE MACARONI AND CHEESE.
If there was ever a class that left students saying to each other “this one changed the way I cook forever’; it’s the sauce class. Your chef instructor will break down the science of acids, fats, starches and herbs to give you endless variations to accompany your mains and sides.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
