These 2-hour classes take place once a day for five days
All right, budding chefs- it’s time to kick your parents out of the kitchen and show ‘em what you’ve got. Chef John will teach how to cook confidently over five days, from how to prep, marinate, chop, sear and mix complete meals to show (off) your family.
DAY 1: KNIFE SKILLS
Marinated skirt steak with bell peppers
DAY 2: BRUNCH
Seasonal Vegetable Hash
DAY 3: GNOCCHI
Olive oil cake
DAY 4: FRESH PASTA
DAY 5: BURGERS
Burgers- both meat and meatless!
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
