TEEN PRO CHEF LEVEL 2: WORLD CUISINES (M-F, 2 – 4pm)

These 2-hour classes take place once a day for five days
DAY 1: MORROCAN (TAGINES, FLATBREADS)
DAY 2: ISRAEL (SHAKSHUKA, DATE CAKE)
DAY 3: BRITISH CLASSICS (FISH AND CHIPS! STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES)
DAY 4: HAVANA (GARLIC ROASTED CHICKEN, FLAN)
DAY 5: CHINESE DUMPLINGS (POTSTICKERS AND MORE)
Do you dream of owning a restaurant or food truck someday? Join us for five intense days of working the line of your own kitchen! You’ll pick up knife skills, plating, how to fry, sear, and bake while you make every component from scratch.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
