Don’t get it twisted- this class will make you a pretzel-shaping pro in just under 2 hours! You’ll make a quick dough and let it rise while we make a ridiculously delicious cream cheese spread for later. Once the dough has doubles, we’ll learn to roll, twist and dip the pretzels before topping and baking them.
Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a shopping list with recommendations for sourcing, substitutions for various ingredients, a list of helpful tools to have on hand and any little bit of prep you might need before joining us on this virtual cooking adventure! As with our in-person classes, we believe that small class sizes mean you receive more instruction, so these courses are limited to 12 students.
