Homemade Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 3 cups Fresh or frozen cranberries
- Zest of a 1/2 an orange
- 1 Pinch Ground cloves optional
Instructions
Homemade Cranberry Sauce
- Bring the water and sugar to a simmer in a medium pot and continue until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the cranberries and zest and cook over medium low for about 10 minutes.
- Once the berries begin to pop, turn the heat down, stir for a minute and add the zest, adding cloves if desired.
