Katie Chin’s Global Family Cookbook
“Being a working mom, I know how hard it is to get dinner on the table and how much we all want our families to enjoy the experience of sitting down together. Adding fun, fresh and interesting new flavors to your routine is just the ticket. And while we all enjoy the delicious, diverse and exciting world flavors available to us today while dining out, I know many people are still intimidated by the thought of trying their hand at making Moroccan Chicken or a Banh Mi Street Tacos in their home kitchen.
I thought, ‘Wouldn’t it be great to create a resource featuring a wide array of delicious, globally-infused recipes that are easy to make with ingredients found primarily at our local grocery stores and using everyday pots, pans and utensils?’ Of course it is!”
