Without a background of owning a business let alone cooking, I had literally ZERO idea what I was doing when I started my company, A.J. Crumblies, that bakes healthy black bean brownies. But thanks to Clemence and The Gourmandise School, helping me in every aspect from developing the recipe to producing a large amount all the way to providing business advice and a support system, I now feel confident as I begin selling at farmer’s markets and offering my product to local grocers and coffee shops.”
