White Bean Bruschetta with Wild Arugula

White Beans

sliced thin lengthwise

Sage leaves

Cooked white beans

Pepper flakes
Arugula Garnish

Wild arugula

Red wine vinegar

Instructions
Brush bread with oil and grill on both sides.
White Beans
Heat a sauté pan for one minute. Add the oil, garlic, sage, and pepper flakes and cook for thirty seconds. Add the beans and continue to cook five minutes. Puree into a hummus type paste. Spread on grilled bread.
Arugula Garnish
Toss all ingredients together and place over top the bruschetta.
