to coat the pan
honey, maple syrup or powdered sugar
to serve
Instructions
Whisk together all the ingredients (excluding the oil) to obtain a smooth batter.
Heat the oil or butter in a pan over medium heat, then ladle the batter in small amounts to form pancake-sized latkes.
Cook the latkes for about two minutes per side, until golden. Serve with honey, maple syrup, or powdered sugar.
