Honey Sriracha Sauce

Sriracha

honey
1
bunch
cilantro
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Chicken Wings
Pre-heat oven to 350℉.
Place chicken wings in perforated pan or bowl and drain all excess water and juices. Place drained wings in a large mixing bowl.
Add oil and all spices to mixing bowl and mix well until all wings are coated evenly and thoroughly.
Place chicken wings on full size sheet tray with rack and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Honey Sriracha Sauce
Cut lemon and lime in half. Remove cilantro from stem and rough chop.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Squeeze lemon and lime juice into bowl and mix again.
Toss finished wings and sauce in a mixing bowl until wings are well coated. Enjoy!
