Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 5 lb chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp California chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • 3 cups Sriracha
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

Chicken Wings

  • Pre-heat oven to 350℉.
  • Place chicken wings in perforated pan or bowl and drain all excess water and juices. Place drained wings in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add oil and all spices to mixing bowl and mix well until all wings are coated evenly and thoroughly.
  • Place chicken wings on full size sheet tray with rack and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • Cut lemon and lime in half. Remove cilantro from stem and rough chop.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Squeeze lemon and lime juice into bowl and mix again.
  • Toss finished wings and sauce in a mixing bowl until wings are well coated. Enjoy!
