Honey Sriracha Wings
Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 5 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp California chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ¼ cup olive oil
Honey Sriracha Sauce
- 3 cups Sriracha
- 2 cups honey
- 1 bunch cilantro
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Chicken Wings
- Pre-heat oven to 350℉.
- Place chicken wings in perforated pan or bowl and drain all excess water and juices. Place drained wings in a large mixing bowl.
- Add oil and all spices to mixing bowl and mix well until all wings are coated evenly and thoroughly.
- Place chicken wings on full size sheet tray with rack and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Honey Sriracha Sauce
- Cut lemon and lime in half. Remove cilantro from stem and rough chop.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Squeeze lemon and lime juice into bowl and mix again.
- Toss finished wings and sauce in a mixing bowl until wings are well coated. Enjoy!
