GARLICKY CHICKEN WITH SUMAC LABNEH
Servings: 2 people
This bold and aromatic dish pairs golden, pan-seared chicken breasts with a creamy, tangy swirl of garlic-sumac labneh. The chicken is marinated with bay leaf, smashed garlic, dried oregano, and lemon zest, then grilled to juicy perfection alongside oil-rubbed lemon slices that caramelize beautifully in the pan.The real flavor punch comes from the sumac labneh, a simple blend of thick yogurt, garlic paste, sea salt, and tart, citrusy sumac that adds depth and contrast to the savory chicken.Serve with grilled vegetables, warm pita, or a crisp salad for a fresh, Mediterranean-inspired meal that's as elegant as it is easy.
