Specialty Cuisines

Our specialty cuisine hands-on cooking and baking classes are typically 3 hours long and are limited to 16 students to ensure you get proper attention and experience. These classes typically range from $85 -$125, and are offered 7 days a week, mornings, afternoons or evenings. You will prepare each item on the menu and then sit down and enjoy what you have made at the end. You can even bring your own wine or beer.

Cooking Classes

Our cooking classes are for any level and allow you to learn basic techniques or improve your existing skills so that you become more intuitive in the kitchen. Gourmandise Signature classes incorporate teaching our Gourmandise techniques as you learn to create full course themed-meals inspired from regions around the world.

At The Gourmandise School, we focus on the best techniques and use local sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Our produce is sourced twice weekly from the Santa Monica Farmers Market. Our fresh seafood comes from Santa Monica Seafood. We use sustainable poultry such as Mary’s Free Range Chicken, and get our beef from Whole Foods or other sustainable providers.
