Bacon Manchego Wrapped Dates

- 24 wooden toothpicks
Ingredients
- 8 oz manchego cheese cut into 24 small cubes
- 24 Medjool pitted dates
- 8 slices bacon cut into thirds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Stuff one piece of Manchego cheese into each date and then wrap with one piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick. Brush the bacon wrapped dates with olive oil.
- Place the wrapped dates on a parchment lined sheet pan. Bake for about 12 minutes (10 for convection oven), or until the bacon looks golden brown and crispy.
