Ingredients

  • 1 lb cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp California chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Place cauliflower, oil and all spices into a mixing bowl and toss thoroughly.
  • Place cauliflower on a parchment lined sheet tray and place in oven for 8-12 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
