Grilled Corn and Bean Salad

- 3 ears Corn kernels removed
- 1 small Jalapeno pepper optional
- 2 cups Black beans
- 1/2 Red onion finely chopped
- 3/4 cup Finely chopped cilantro
- Juice of 3 Limes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients together. Taste. Adjust.
